We believe professional real estate media should be more than just a collection of photos. Every Golden Pixxel shoot includes a floor plan at no additional charge for properties up to 3,000 square feet, along with a complete set of digital marketing tools designed to help you promote the listing.

Your shoot includes a customizable single-property website featuring six different design templates, dozens of music options, company and agent branding, and the ability to present all of your listing media in one place. The property page can showcase the home’s address, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and other key details, along with photos, video, 3D tours, floor plans, and an interactive Google map with nearby points of interest.

The property website also includes lead-capture forms and pop-ups, turning it into more than a media gallery—it can serve as a dedicated landing page and lead-generation tool. You can also add Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tracking codes to monitor traffic and marketing activity.

Each property website includes both branded and unbranded versions for MLS, as well as QR codes that link directly to the property website. Traffic reports are also available so you can see how your property website is performing.

Finally, your Golden Pixxel account includes a built-in marketing kit that makes it easy to create professional flyers and social media and digital marketing assets using your property’s media.

Yes. We photograph everything from small condos and rental properties to luxury homes, waterfront properties, and large estates throughout Miami and South Florida. Our approach is tailored to the property, with carefully composed interior and exterior photography designed to highlight its architecture, finishes, views, amenities, and lifestyle.

For luxury properties, we can also incorporate aerial drone photography, cinematic video, twilight photography, 3D tours, floor plans, and other media to create a comprehensive marketing presentation.

Yes. We offer cinematic real estate videos designed to showcase a property’s layout, features, lifestyle, and overall character. Video can be tailored for MLS listings, websites, social media, and other digital marketing, with options ranging from property walkthroughs to more polished cinematic productions for luxury listings.

Yes. Every Golden Pixxel shoot includes a floor plan at no additional charge for properties up to 3,000 square feet. We also offer a Premium Floor Plan option for clients who want additional detail and presentation features.

Yes. All aerial drone operations are conducted by an FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot. We operate in compliance with FAA regulations and applicable airspace requirements to safely capture aerial photos, video, and lot boundary overlays for residential, commercial, and rental properties.

Yes, we offer 3D virtual tours as an add-on or standalone service. The most popular hosting services we work with are Zillow 3D Home Tours and Matterport.

Yes. While our media packages are designed to provide a convenient combination of services, you can also order individual services or add-ons based on your property’s needs. Options may include real estate photography, aerial drone photography, floor plans, twilight photography, virtual staging, 3D virtual tours, and video. This allows you to build a media package that fits the property and your marketing strategy.

We are based in Miami, Florida, and serve real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and homeowners throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Our service area includes Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Brickell, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding South Florida communities. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area.

Our order & booking page lets you quickly review available services, select your options, and receive an immediate quote based on property size and location. You can then select your preferred date and time, and we’ll review your order and confirm the appointment. In many cases, appointments are available as soon as the following day.

To ensure the highest quality results, properties should be fully cleaned, decluttered, and staged prior to the scheduled shoot time. Turn on all interior lighting, turn off ceiling fans, open window blinds to maximize natural light, and clear driveways and patio spaces of vehicles and outdoor equipment.

Yes. We regularly photograph occupied homes, tenant-occupied properties, and furnished rental properties. We understand that scheduling around residents or tenants can require additional coordination, so we work efficiently and respectfully to minimize disruption while capturing the property at its best.

Before the shoot, we recommend having the property clean, decluttered, and photo-ready. Please secure pets in a safe, designated area or remove them from the property during the shoot. This helps prevent them from appearing in photos and allows us to work efficiently without interruptions.

Our real estate photo packages currently start at $175. Pricing depends primarily on property size and any additional add-ons you may want such as drone photos, 3D tours, property videos, etc.

Unless otherwise specified, payment is due at the time your media is delivered and can be completed securely through your Golden Pixxel account on our website. We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.

For eligible transactions, we also offer a Pay at Close option, allowing qualifying agents to defer payment until the property’s closing.

Your completed photos and media are delivered through your Golden Pixxel account, which you can access directly through our website. Once your media is ready, you’ll be able to view, download, and share your files from your online gallery. High-resolution files are provided for print and marketing, with web-ready files available for MLS listings, websites, and social media. Your account also makes it easy to share the property media assets with sellers, brokers, and other members of your marketing team.

Your property photos and media are hosted online for one year from the date of the photo shoot. During that time, you can access your gallery and download or share your media as needed for marketing, MLS listings, social media, and other approved uses. After the one-year hosting period, galleries may be removed from our online platform.

Our Pay at Close option allows eligible homeowners and real estate professionals to defer payment for qualifying photography and media services until the property closes or up to six months. This can be a convenient option when you prefer to have your marketing expenses paid from the proceeds of the transaction.

Our standard turnaround time for residential real estate photo galleries and 2D floor plans is 24 hours or less following completion of the shoot. Media is delivered via an online gallery optimized for high-resolution print marketing and web-ready MLS uploads. Other services, such a property videos and 3D floor plans typically require 3-5 business days.

Yes. We offer a 12-photo package that includes a floor plan, making it a popular option for rental listings. It provides a more affordable solution for smaller spaces or properties where a full photo package isn’t necessary, helping agents and property managers keep their marketing costs down.

Yes. We offer specialized photography and media packages tailored specifically for short-term rental (STR) properties, Airbnb hosts, and vacation rental managers in Miami and South Florida. Because successful STR listings depend on showcasing guest experience, our shoots include vignette and detail shots (such as coffee bars, key amenities, luxury linens, and outdoor living setups) alongside wide interior angles to boost booking conversion rates.
